What is the return policy?

At Astrée, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it if:
- You are not satisfied with the product.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
- The bottle and packaging are not damaged.
- The product has not been excessively used or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged by the customer.
- The product is missing original packaging.
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method or an alternative agreed-upon method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
